Defence expert says German submarine deal 'unfortunate' for Algoma Steel, Sault region
Federal government will announce that German shipbuilder TKMS has won the submarine bid over Hanwha Ocean, which would have provided $345M for a new steel beam mill and Algoma products in the Sault.
