Rare river otter spotted in Niagara wetland, pointing to species' comeback in southwestern Ontario

A local photographer captured images of a river otter in the Grimsby Wetlands early this month. Experts say otters used to be rare in southwestern Ontario, but this and other sightings point to a welcome comeback.
