“The Bank has accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from the services of the Bank with effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025,” AU Small Finance Bank said in a regulatory filing. Shares of AU Small Finance Bank Ltd ended at ₹878.10, up by ₹0.050, or 0.0057%, on the BSE.
