Wankhede’s lawyer tells Delhi HC defence of satire is not absolute

IRS officer Sameer Wankhede has filed a defamation suit against the makers of ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’. He claims the web series has damaged his reputation. Wankhede is seeking Rs 2 crore in damages. The Delhi High Court has issued notices to the defendants. Arguments are scheduled to begin soon. Wankhede also requests the removal of defamatory content.
