AFP charges three people over alleged $71 million Defence contracts fraud

The AFP has raided homes and businesses across Darwin after a tip-off that a Commonwealth employee, his wife, and a director of a building firm were allegedly involved in a fraudulent scheme to steer multi-million-dollar defence building contracts their way.
