'Things happen': Trump defends Saudi prince over killing of Washington Post journalist

US President Donald Trump warmly welcomes the Saudi crown prince to the White House where he deflects journalists’ questions about Mohammed bin Salman’s role in the killing of reporter Jamal Khashoggi, saying: “Things happened, but he knew nothing about it.”
