IndiGo cancellations: DGCA says over 1,200 flights affected; probe under way

The airline reported 1,232 flight cancellations in November due to crew constraints and ATC failures. IndiGo attributed the issues to unexpected operational problems, including technical glitches and winter schedule adjustments.
