Salman moves Delhi HC seeking protection of personality rights

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has moved the Delhi High Court seeking protection of his personality and publicity rights, joining a growing list of public figures, such as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Kumar Sanu, Nagarjuna and Jr NTR, pushing back against the unauthorised commercial use of celebrity identity.
