This year brought us our third-known interstellar visitor, beautiful displays of the northern lights and the opening of the Vera C. Rubin Observatory that will change our views on the universe in ways we have yet to understand. But now, we look ahead to just some of the cool things skywatchers might want to keep an eye on in 2026.
