Vancouver Lapu-Lapu Day festival to return after deadly car ramming, focus on healing
The chair of Filipino B.C. said holding a 2026 Lapu-Lapu Day festival is “important for collective healing” after 11 people were killed and dozens more were injured in an alleged vehicle attack last year. The festival will take place the weekend of April 17-19.
