Investigating Renee Good's death is now up to the county — and no one else
The lack of any federal investigation into the shooting death of a Minneapolis woman by an ICE agent leaves only one person, the attorney for Hennepin County, who might bring criminal charges. But her office will face challenges because key evidence — including the gun — has not been turned over by the feds.
