Kentucky State University shooting: Parent charged with murder after on-campus attack kills student
A parent of a Kentucky State University student was charged with murder and first-degree assault after a shooting on campus killed one student and critically injured another. Jacob Lee Bard, 48, fired shots in Whitney M. Young Jr. Hall, resulting in the death of 19-year-old De’Jon Fox. The investigation into the motive is ongoing.
