N.L. urgent care clinics won't reduce emergency room wait times, says doctor
Newfoundland and Labrador health officials have been promoting urgent care clinics as one of the ways the province will reduce wait times at emergency rooms. Dr. Scott Wilson, an emergency doctor in St. John’s with the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians, says they’re mistaken.
