Record-breaking cold temperatures strain Yukon's power grid
Yukon is facing dangerously cold temperatures over the Christmas holiday, driving up electricity demand. Yukon Energy Minister Ted Laking is urging residents to decrease power usage to relieve the strain on the power grid.
