Blue Jays star Bo Bichette is not in Toronto’s starting lineup for Game 2 of the World Series. Bichette played in Toronto’s 11-4 win in Game 1 on Friday after missing the last three weeks of the regular season and the first two rounds of the playoffs with a knee sprain.
