Controversial NSW councillor disqualified after third misconduct suspension

Snowy Monaro councillor Andrew Thaler has been notified he will be disqualified from council for five years after receiving a third suspension for misconduct. He is only the second NSW councillor to be dealt with under the three-strike system.
