Delhi car blast case: NIA arrests detained Kashmiri student, suspect's father sets himself ablaze

The National Investigation Agency has arrested Jasir Bilal Wani from Srinagar. He is linked to Delhi suicide bomber Umar Un Nabi. Wani’s father died after setting himself ablaze. Investigations reveal Wani provided technical support for terror attacks. He allegedly modified drones and attempted to make rockets. The NIA is continuing its search for all involved in the bombing.
