E-scooter riders urged to take safety seriously after woman without helmet dies, another is injured
On Saturday, a 30-year-old woman died in hospital, more than a week after the e-scooter she was riding collided with a vehicle at a busy intersection. The next day, a woman sustained head injuries and a broken collarbone when her e-scooter was struck in Coal Harbour. Neither was wearing a helmet.
