'It has been devastating,' U.S. spirits group says about Canadian alcohol boycotts
Between some provinces not selling American alcohol — part of the response to the trade war started by the U.S. — and consumers choosing not to buy it, the actions have been “devastating,” says the CEO of the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States.
