Late-night talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel has announced the death of one of his oldest friends — his television program’s bandleader, Cleto Escobedo III, after an episode of the TV program was abruptly cancelled. Saying that “we are heartbroken is an understatement,” Kimmel’s Instagram post says.
