JSW Steel – JFE Deal: Will history repeat itself after 15 years?

The management of JSW Steel has pegged the enterprise value of the JV company to be ₹53,000 crore, supported by significant existing debt. For the listed entity, this deal will bring down consolidated net debt by nearly ₹37,000 crore, which is nearly half (46%) of the current net debt.
