PNG calls for 'buffer zone' with Indonesia amid concerns over West Papua conflict


Australia, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia have started holding annual defence ministers meetings to build trust and boost military cooperation, while PNG proposes building a 10km-wide demilitarised “buffer zone” along its border with Indonesia.
