Snow lodge project being built in Manitoba aims to be 'Taj Mahal of the north'
An ambitious group of Manitobans, including an architect, volunteers, local leaders and artists, are planning to open what they call a “snow lodge” in Flin Flon, built almost entirely from snow and ice.
