The fourth-year med student from Broken Hill who won the Stawell Gift

Olufemi Komolafe is Broken Hill’s first winner of the Stawell Gift since 1949. The 21-year-old sprinter and med student took out the men’s final at the iconic 2026 foot race in Western Victoria over the Easter long weekend.
